Team at Nine Ten Finance have been exceptional to work with. We wanted to move to a bigger house with more space, but had to sell our exisiting home. For peace of mind we also wanted to sell only after securing a new place. Denjola and Praval guided us through the different ways to do so and we settled on a bridging loan.
